SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 6-8 weeks for most projects to be completed. Note that custom projects may take more time: contact us to learn more.

    To ship successfully and ensure maximum security for your package, please follow the instructions below:

    STEP 1:

    Email Ashley Morgan any paperwork, documentation, appraisals, etc. pertinent to your item(s) prior to shipping.

    STEP 2:

    Take and email pictures of your item(s) from all angles—this helps to keep a record of how the item looked prior to shipping.

    STEP 3:

    Package your item(s) individually in bubble wrap or soft padding of some kind, so that they cannot touch during shipping.

    STEP 4:

    Place your padded items into small fedex express box with any extra padding needed to fill the box so that items will not move during transit. Tape closed securely

    STEP 5:

    Ship your package for overnight delivery—the package should arrive on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or a Thursday!

    STEP 6:

    Insuring your package: if your item is valued over $10,000, you will need to cover the remainder of the item’s value through the shipping company. Ex: if your item is valued at $12,000, insure it for $2,000 with FedEx.

    STEP 7:

    Ship your package with required signature—this ensures that it will reach us, and not be left by our door.

    STEP 8:

    Put a shipping label both on the outer box and inner box.

    STEP 9:

    Ship your package from a designated facility, like a FedEx, and not a drop-off location in another store. This ensures that the package will follow the necessary procedures set by the shipping company.

    STEP 10:

    When you have shipped, email us the pictures you took of your item as well as the tracking number—this will allow us to make sure we are present for the arrival of your package. Include any paperwork relevant to your item: appraisals, invoices, certifications, etc.

    NOTE:

    Please note that none of these steps can be skipped: in order to be fully covered by AMD insurance: with proper documents we can insure up to $10,000, but each package shipped to us needs to have met all the stipulations outlined above.
